The Board of Directors for KTC CFS consists of three members of each of the five First Nations that we serve.  It includes the Chiefs of each First Nation and two members that they have appointed.

 

We currently serve five First Nations:  Whitefish Lake First Nation # 459, Woodland Cree First Nation # 474, Loon River Cree First Nation # 476, Peerless - Trout First Nation # 478 and Lubicon Lake Band # 453.

 

Our current Board of Directors is as follows:

Robert Grey is the Board Vice Chair and the Chief of Whitefish Lake First Nation.

Beatrice M. Laboucan is a Board Member and a Band Councilor for Whitefish Lake First Nation.

Eddie Laboucan is a Board Member and a Band Councilor for Whitefish Lake First Nation.

 

Isaac Avirom-Laboucan is a Board Member and also the Chief for Woodland Cree First Nation.

Kathleen Laboucan is a Board Member and also a Band Councilor for Woodland Cree First Nation.

Heather L’Hirondelle is a Board Member and a Band Councilor for Woodland Cree First Nation.

 

Arthur Noskey is the Board Chair and also the Chief of Loon River First Nation.

Ivan Sawan is a Board Member and a Band Councilor for Loon River First Nation.

Mayble Noskey is the Board Treasurer and a Band Councilor for Loon River First Nation.

 

James Alook is a Board Member and the Chief of Peerless - Trout First Nation.

Norman Gladue is a Board Member and a Councilor for Peerless - Trout First Nation.

Gilbert Okemow is the Board Secretary and a Councilor for Peerless - Trout First Nation.

 

Billy Joe Laboucan is a Board Member and the Chief of Lubicon Lake Band.

Irene Laboucan is a Board Member and a Councilor for Lubicon Lake Band.

Brian Laboucan is a Board Member and a Councilor for Lubicon Lake Band.
